Return & Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds

Our platform operates on a business-to-business (B2B) model, and all purchases are made by businesses or commercial entities. Therefore, returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility.

Products may only be returned in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is defective or damaged.
  • The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the order specifications.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

2. Return Request Period

Customers must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and documents must be included.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1.    Contact our support team with your order number and issue description.

2.    Provide photos or documentation showing the issue.

3.    Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if approved.

5. Refund or Replacement

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • A replacement product may be sent, or
  • A credit note may be issued for future purchases, or
  • A refund may be processed according to the agreement between both parties.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or altered.
  • Products returned after the allowed notification period.
  • Custom or specially manufactured items unless defective.

7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may be covered by the customer unless the return is due to company error or product defect.
